Track Accessories
E-Trac 8 Track Accessories consist of an Inspection Gate for ease of chain inspection and maintenance, Installation Gate for installing Conveyor Chain, Oven Expansion Joints to compensate for track expansion and Take-Up Expansion joint for field-erected Take-Up (23 in. closed - 31 in. open). -
E-Trac 8 Horizontal Curves
All horizontal curves are available in 24 in. and 36 in. radius and are heat treated to ensure a hardened surface for extra durability. Special sized radius and/or degree curves can be fabricated upon request. For smaller than 24 in. radius, traction wheels can be furnished. Standard curves are fabricated with 8 inches of straight track on each end. Special curves can be fabricated to order with less for areas where tangents are closer than 16 inches. -

All Vertical Curves are available in 24 in. radius and are heat treated to ensure a hardened surface for extra durability. Special sized radius and/or degree curves can be fabricated upon request. Standard Vertical Curves are fabricated with 8 inches of straight track on each end. Special curves can be fabricated to order with less for areas where tangents are closer than 16 inches. -

Traction wheels must be used in place of horizontal curves when the radius is less than 24 in.

Safety Stops
The Anti-Backup Safety Stop will stop the chain and hold it securely should the chain break and attempt to reverse direction down the incline. The Anti-Runaway Stop is installed in the same position on a vertical curve with the chain running in either direction and on reversing conveyors. -

E-Trac 8 Take-Up Assemblies
A Take-Up is required in every E-Trac 8 Enclosed Overhead Conveyor system to remove any slack chain that may accumulate in the system. It compensates for chain stretch that occurs in temperature changes that would expand or contract the chain and relieves chain tension to uncouple the chain. Take-Ups are available in several styles such as, Spring, Counterweight, and Air are most common. -
E-Trac 8 Conveyor Attachments
Load-carrying attachments suspend a variety of carriers and loads from the chain. These are standard attachments that have the most uses and are adaptable to almost every type of load. Special attachments can be designed to accommodate special applications.

E-Trac 8 Lubricators and Brush Cleaners
Reduces downtime and manual labor in lubricating conveyor chains. Lubricators can dispense oil with viscosity from ISO 2 to ISO 100. Systems can repeatedly lubricate up to 80 ft of chain per minute. Airless shot nozzles include a check valve to prevent unwanted material bleeding. Positive displacement dispensing guarantees the same amount of oil is dispensed every time, regardless of temperature and viscosity changes. -
