The E-Trac 6 Track Brush Cleaner is designed to provide continuous cleaning of enclosed track conveyor systems by removing dirt, dust, and particle buildup from the internal track surfaces. This improves grounding, reduces contamination, and minimizes rework of painted parts. By keeping track interiors clean, the brush assembly also extends the service life of wheels and chains while reducing costly downtime.
Constructed with non-sparking brush filaments, the Track Brush Cleaner installs easily and safely onto the conveyor chain. Replaceable brushes can be changed between cleaning cycles without removing the retaining block, ensuring minimal maintenance time. For best performance, a Track Brush Cleaner should be installed every 75–100 ft of conveyor chain.
