There are several factors that determine which size is best suited for your specific application. X-348 and X-458 are the more common sizes. All three sizes are built around drop forged rivetless conveyor chain with open or sealed trolleys on predetermined centers. X-348 I-Beam Monorail Track
X348 3 inch I-Beam high carbon steel straight track. It provides greater durability and strength than track manufactured from mild steel. This track is available in nominal 20 ft. lengths and weighs 114 lbs. -
X-348 Caterpillar Drive Chains
We offer two types of caterpillar drive chains: (Standard) and D-type chain link (Heavy-duty). The chain assembly is constructed using Cotter Pins. The cotter pins allows the ease of replacing the chain links or chain dog by themselves. -
X-348 Drop Forged Rivetless Chain
Our chain is made out of thoroughly hardened SAE 1053 Carbon steel links and thoroughly hardened SAE 4140 Alloy steel pins. The chain is designed for high strength, wearability and fatigue resistance. This chain is provided in 10 ft. long sections with 40 pitches. The nominal chain pitch is 3 in. per link. Average ultimate strength is 26,000 lbs. -
