X-458 Caterpillar Drive Chains
We offer both standard and D-style cat chains. Standard style cat chains work fine in most applications. The disadvantage to a standard style cat chain is that it can flex backwards in higher chain pull applications, which results in premature wear on the pressure rollers. Our upgraded “D-Style” caterpillar drive chain prevents the backward flexing motion. This upgraded D-style design will provide a much longer life of the rollers.
